I'm sorry that I can't be with you for our lesson on Monday. If the cover teacher allows, you can work in the library or common room, but this work must be completed before our lesson on Tuesday.

Below are the routes to three chapters in your textbook, that I have put into OneNote pages. If you prefer to work from the textbook, they are pages 202 - 210 (chapters 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3).

• In OneNote, look in Section group 4.1 DNA, genes, chromosomes, then in sections 1, 2 and 3. You will find three pages containing the textbook chapters.
• For each chapter - read and make notes. Ensure that you write definitions for any key word and terms that are written in bold.
• Answer the summary questions in the pink boxes. You do not need to complete the questions in the green boxes.

On Tuesday, we will cover protein synthesis (chapter 8.4)
