Look in the new section called 1.4.2 Enzymes. Use the content library to fill in the gaps in the page called Introduction to enzymes. At the bottom of the page are 5 Enzyme action summary questions, which you'll have to do on your own.
  • Bring your lab coat on Tuesday, we will be doing Required Practical 1a (amylase).
