As discussed in our lesson on Tuesday, you have the option of working on the following:
- Writing up your fabric testing from your first hand experience on Tuesday. Only write about the fabrics and testing that you have conducted. This will be continued next Tuesday in the workshop - You can refer to the evaluation sheet provided on Tuesday, but in effect you should be analysing and evaluating the performance of your fabrics selected. I have explained this to you during Tuesday 's lesson.
- Work of others- if you have chosen to work on this, this really should be completed by the end of the lesson wherever feasible and move onto another task once complete.
- First hand primary research- write up from a visit or primary research source. You should know how to do this but key areas for consideration: what you did, what you found out, how/ why was it was inspirational, how will you use this research to further develop the avenues for their product and so on.
- Product comparison- you have already been briefed on this. You can refer to the ACCESSFM acronym, too.
