Please complete all pages of the self review document, which covers both sides of the course.  You should fill in the sheets for both physical and human in my OneNote, and then only copy it across to Mr Burch's OneNote when it is finished.  It should mostly be fairly straightforward - remember that the final page requires you to break your marks down by AOs...ask me again if you're not sure.
