You will be in the Main Hall for the double today.  Please work independently through the following tasks:

1. If necessary, start by finishing off the 6 and 12 markers.  I’ve seen and marked nearly all of these, but a couple seemed to be missing.  Have a check please.

2. Use the time to revise for Friday’s checkpoint assessment on Globalisation and Migration (whole unit to date).  See separate homework task, but reminder that this will be entirely MCQs, definition-terminology matching etc.  No extended writing, duration approx 10-15 minutes.

3. Use the time to prepare more generally for the upcoming mocks, in which you will get full past paper questions on Coasts and Hazards (Paper 1, 2 times 25 marks = 50 marks in 50 minutes) and Urban and G&M (Paper 2, 25 marks plus 35 marks = 60 marks in 60 minutes).  Use the end of unit summary tables as revision checklists, check for gaps in notes and fill them, look at the SAMs and mark schemes that are on Showbie to practise exam style questions…whatever is useful for you.
