1. Working in the Same groups as yesterday, please rehearse and film a performance of your 6-10 chosen lines of the Prologue from Mirad, a boy from Bosnia. This should take you the first 20 minutes of the lesson.

2. Using the links on the Powerpoint slide conduct research on refugees and asylum seekers.(20 minutes)

3. Create a mind map to record information under 3 headings:

  • Research that surprised me
  • Research I felt an emotional response to
  • Statistics/ Information that I feel people should be aware of.
  • Art, music or theatre based on refugees and their stories

We will come back to this research when we start working on our devised pieces of theatre. It says HW but it is not! You are doing it as cover work today instead!
