Sorry I cannot be with you as I am in Carol service rehearsals.

Please find the page entitled 5. Christmas Fun for Monday 11th December which I have put in the Classical period folder on OneNote and then work through the tasks which I have also listed below.

Have fun and a very Merry Christmas when we get there!

Please complete the following tasks:

1. Try to work out the names of the different Christmas Carols/songs on the sheet below
2. Choose one Christmas song or carol and do some research on it:

Things to include:

• Who composed it?
• When was it composed?
• What instruments was it composed for?
• How many beats are in each bar?
• Other interesting facts?

Present the information in the form of a 'Christmassy' Powerpoint.

3. Learn to play Silent Night (below) and make a recording of you and your partner playing it.

4. Use the Christmas song booklets to play some more Christmas songs
