Firstly go to 4.3 electron microscopy and finish comparing and contrasting optical and electron microscope.

Secondly  further down in 4.3 I want you to use your paper version of the plant cell image to work out the diameter of the nucleus and the thickness of the cell wall (each tiny image has its own mag). Write working and answers on the OneNote page.  To get help with this, go to 4.2 Optical Microscopy and find the mag slide with the I AM formula that you have used further down the school.  You can also practice this in 4.1 Microscopy Skills >> Worksheets  scroll down to Magnification for more opportunity to practice. I noticed some of you already did this!
