1) Can you see how some of these differences between types can cause problems between people at work or at school? How? Give specific examples.
2) People can and do learn to compensate and do things in their non-preference. This means, for example, a person who has a strong Judging side has learned to develop their Perceiving side. Where have you had to do this? What is the result?
3) Can you identify specific ways that your workplace, school or classroom is biased towards certain types? What could be done to correct this?
4) Imagine an ISTJ and an ENFP are working together planning class presentation. How might you imagine them working together and dividing responsibilities so that each of them share their own gifts and strengths and their limitations do not unduly hinder each other?
