This semester we've discussed the value of blue collar and white collar workers. In Mike Rowe's presentation, he discussed individuals who've "gone against the grain" and achieved success.

Your task is to research someone who achieved success without obtaining a college degree. (NOT someone well known and talked about like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs). Complete the following: 
1. State who this individual is and provide a brief summary of their bio. 
2. State what this individual does and how he/she achieved success.
