1. State your personal ethics and morals

2. List your personal guide to making choices in life (you can use the ethical dilemma check sheet in the resource section for ideas) 

3. List your short/long term goals 

4. State your personality (4 Letter Combination) and a description of your personality

5. State your temperament (the top two if necessary). Be sure to include all of the strengths, weaknesses, emotional fears, causes of depression, spiritual strengths and struggles, learning styles, and every other aspect of your temperament we went over in class. You can complete this step in chart form

6. One page response on the importance of knowing your temperament/personality and how it has/will impact your life. 

7. Include a 10 year plan. Indicate where you see yourself professionally and personally within the next 10 years. (Complete this step in increments of 2, 3 or 4 years at a time) 

Note: All of this information needs to be typed, printed out, placed in a binder of folder and handed in by 12:55 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2014. If you have any questions or concerns, please see me.
