Apologies I am absent for todays lesson. Her is a list of tasks. There will be Isometirc paper provided, work in pencil please and use the Lego to build shapes. Please work in silence.

  • Please begin reading the document that explains the purpose and importance of isometric drawing, this is in the Showbie titled this lesson. 
  • Using the isometric paper, complete 6 different shape drawings. You can use the Lego bricks to help build shapes to drawn from.
  • After becoming familiar with the technique or isometric drawing. Please draw some table designs using the isometric paper make these to a 100-50mm scale. Be super creative with shapes and forms. Please reference the document to see how you can create curved shapes.
  • Finally render their table designs using techniques referenced in the Showbie document.
  • As an extension you have some time to begin researching for your next NandoÕs homework- this will not be set until after half term, but here is some lesson time to begin exploring one of the categories under Product Design
