In the lesson we will have practicals 7 (respiring seeds), 9 (breathing) and 14 (yeast) set up. If you want to take time to look at those you can. 
I will try to cover nitrogen cycle, protein synthesis, cloning, genetic engineering, limiting factor graphs. 
Make a plan for which of those you want to listen to and either go to look at the practicals or cover your own topics if you don't want to listen to parts we are covering.
Come with a plan of what you will do!
